Steps

Wash and soak soyachunks in hot water for 15 min. /more. Then squeeze out water and transfer soya chunks in to bowl then add ginger garlic paste cornflour all-purpose flour chilli powder salt

Combine all add 1 tabspoon water if needed.Heat up oil in pan and deep fry in batches all soya chunks till turns crisp drain out into plate

Heat up 3 tabspoon oil in large pan saute garlic chhoped add chopped onions spring onions saute add capsicum saute add all sauces

Add salt add fried soya chunks mix well.Your popular dry soya chunks ready to serve. Serve hot.
