Ingredients

2medium banana
1 cupflour
4eggs
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupvegetable oil
1tspn baking powder

Steps

Peel off banana and mashed it in a clean bowl

Break in egg in a bowl add sugar and oil and whisk until the sugar melts

Sieve flour in the mixture add baking powder and mix everything together

Pour some mixture in preheated pan and allow it for some minutes on low heat
5

Flip the other side and allow it to bake as well
6

Served with hot tea
