Ingredients

  • 1Cauliflower pizza crust 10"
  • 1chicken breast filet
  • 1/2 cupSugar free Carolina BBQ sauce
  • 1 cupMozzarella or Pizza blend white cheese
  • 3 tbsHemp hearts
  • 1/2red onion
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • PinchMediterranean salt
  • 1 tspbbq pulled pork seasoning

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil to pan, add chicken breasts

    While.chicken is cooking prep crust

  3. 3

    Add BBQ sauce and spread onto crust.

  4. 4

    Add Hemp, then cheese, then onions

  5. 5

    Season chicken with Mediterranean salt, BBQ pulled pork seasonsing or seasoning of your choice.

  6. 6

    Slightly undercook chicken since it's going into oven for 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add chicken to pizza crust

    Bake for about 13-15 minutes once cheese is melted and crust is golden brown
