Ingredients

Prep 10-15min, Cook 15 min
1 serving
  • 3 oz (85 g)Pork loin -Remove surface fat
  • 1/4Medium Onion
  • 1Small Potato
  • 1/2Medium Bell pepper -Any colour
  • 1/2 StalkCelery
  • 1/8 tspGround black pepper
  • 1/4 tspGarlic powder or Granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tspItalian herb mix (dry)
  • Pinch(1/16 tsp) Salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml)Olive oil
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp)Soup stock or No salt added Broth -Any kind

Steps

Prep 10-15min, Cook 15 min
  1. 1

    Slice Onion and Celery.

    Cut Bell pepper and Potato into strips.

    Transfer all vegetables to a large plate. Set-aside.

    Remove surface fat* from Pork loin, then Cut it into strips. *Discard the fat.

    Transfer Pork loin strips to a small bowl, then rub Ground black pepper, Salt, Garlic powder and Italian herb mix into the pork. Set-aside.

    Heat a fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil.

    Fry Pork loin strips until surface turns white, then add vegetables and cook until onion becomes slightly transparent.

    Add Soup stock and stir-fry 1-2 min.
