Sieve the grits rice to separate the fine particles

Wash the grits and soak for 1 hour, add the grits in a steamer and steam for 1 hour, wash your moringa and keep aside

Pour your grits in a bowl, add onion, bonnet, seasoning, garlic, groundnut, oil and all your spices, stir then add in moringa
- 4
Stir until well combine, add some boiled water and stir, transfer your grits into steamer again and steam for like 40mins
