Place a rack in middle of oven, and preheat oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃)

Tear up bread heel* and place in lightly greased ovenware (1.5-2L). Set-aside. *Bread heel brings richer flavour.

Cut Bell peppers and Mushrooms into medium dices. Cut Green onion into pieces. Set-aside.

Beat Eggs in a bowl then combine Soup stock, Worcestershire Sauce, Ground black pepper, Garlic powder and Taragon.

Add Bell peppers, Mushrooms, Green onion and Green peas to Egg mixture. Mix well.

Transfer mixture to oven ware from Step 1.

Bake 45-60 min at 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Adjust bake time based on your oven.

Enjoy! Serve 1/4 Quiche with 1 tbsp regular ketchup (154 mg sodium) or less sodium ketchup (40 mg sodium) per serving depending on your daily nutritional needs.
