Ingredients

2 servings
  • 250 gbabycorn boiled for 5 min in salty water
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1/2 tspperi-peri masala
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tbsprefined wheat flour
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • 2-4 tbspwater
  • as requiredOil for deep frying

  1. 1

    For the batter, mix everything except chat masala

    Coat the baby corn in the batter. Batter should neither be thick nor be runny. Deep fry till golden brown

    Sprinkle with chat masala and seve hot with tea or soup
