Char Siu Pork Belly
Char siu pork is easy to make and delicious with any dish 🤤

Clean the pork belly and pat dry. Marinate with 1 packet of Cholimex sauce, minced shallot and garlic, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, and 1 teaspoon five-spice powder.

Massage the pork to evenly distribute the seasoning. Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

When using an air fryer, brush with annatto oil and cook the pork.
First round: 15 minutes at 356°F (180°C)
Second round: flip and cook for 10 minutes at 320°F (160°C) - 4
After cooking, slice the pork into bite-sized pieces. It's delicious served with bread, rice noodles, vermicelli, pho, or noodles. Enjoy your meal 🤤
