Take some Mustard Leaves, Spinach Leaves, Bathua, Fenugreek Leaves, and wash them and finely chop them.

Put some chopped vegetables in the hot water, put some nicely chopped Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli.

Put some more green leafy vegetables, some Salt in it. Cover it half and cook it on medium flame.

Stir it again and again and mash the Saag properly. Take some Maize Flour and add some water to it and make a batter. Put the batter in it gradually and mash it. Turn off the flame and when it will get mashed.

For Tadka, keep the pan on the flame, put Ghee, Cumin Seeds, long chopped Green Chilli, Dried Red Chilli, nicely chopped Ginger, Garlic, Onion, and saute them.

Then put finely chopped Tomato, Salt, Coriander Powder and cook it and mash it well. Then put the mashed Saag in it.

Serve it with some Onion, Green Chilies, Tomato, and enjoy it. In this way, Punjabi Style Sarson Saag will get ready at home easily.
