  1. 1 poundpork shoulder, sliced into small pieces

  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonspalm sugar
  4. 1 tablespoonfish sauce
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 200 grams(about 7 ounces) or 1 packet of ready-made panaeng curry paste
  7. 1 box (250 ml)coconut milk
