Ingredients

  1. Pork shoulder, sliced
  2. Panaeng curry paste
  3. 2 cupscoconut milk (about 500 milliliters)
  4. Pea eggplants
  5. leavesKaffir lime
  6. Thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves, for garnish
  7. Thai basil
  8. Palm sugar
  9. Fish sauce
  10. Red and yellow chili peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the pork with soy sauce, sugar, and egg white. Then, cook it with half of the coconut milk until the oil separates.
