1big size awla/ gooseberry
1fistful fresh mint leaves/ phudina
1 tbsplemon juice
Rock salt to taste as required
1 pinchsendha namak

Wash and chopped alwa into small pieces.

Grind it with mint leaves, lemon juice, rock salt and salt, little water to smooth paste.,

Add 1 glass of water in it. Blend well. Strain into 2 serving glasses.

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Awla -Mint Juice immediately.
