Ingredients

Serves 4-6 servings
  1. 2.2 lbsground meat, can be half beef and half pork (1 kg)
  2. 4red tomatoes
  3. 1/2large onion (preferably red)
  4. 9 ozMonterey Jack cheese (250 grams)
  5. 1 canwhole beans with liquid
  6. 1/2 headlettuce
  7. 1 cupfresh peas (about 150 grams)
  8. 1 cancorn
  9. Thousand Island dressing, to taste
  10. 1medium bag corn chips (such as spicy tortilla chips)

    Cook the ground meat in a skillet with a little garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Chop the lettuce and mix together the tomatoes, onion, cheese, beans, lettuce, peas, and corn.
