Wash and pluck the methi leaves and keep aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped sliced onions,jeera,chopped ginger garlic, cashewnuts, green chillies and 1 tsp garam masala powder saute for 2 to 3 mins. Add tomatoes mix and cook till the tomatoes are soft. Cool - 2
In a mixer add this and grind to a smooth paste

In the same pan heat 1 tbsp oil add the methi leaves cook for 2 to 3 mins,add the peas cook on medium flame for few mins. Take out in a bowl

In a kadai heat the remaining oil add the grounded mixture, cook for a few mins, add cooked methi and peas mix well. Add dhania powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder,salt mix well add water and bring it to boil. Cook on low flame for 10 mins. Then add cream and garam masala powder mix well. Cover and simmer on low flame for 3 to 4 mins.

Serve with chappatis or parathas
