In a pan add oil, add green chilli, saute, then add grated beetroot and cook for 2- 3 minutes.

Add grated carrots and mix, cover and cook for few minutes. Then add boiled potatoes and give it a nice mix.

Then add roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, roasted peanuts, sugar and salt and saute. Chop mixture is ready, let it cool.

Apply little oil in palm and make cylindrical shape of the chop, make all the chops like this.

For coating take all-purpose flour, salt and water in a bowl and mix, the batter should not be much thick, in another bowl take breadcrumbs.

Dip the chops in the batter and then roll it over the breadcrumbs and coat it evenly, refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a pan add oil, deep fry the chops, serve hot with kasundi or any sauce of your choice.
