Cut paneer in small cubes. Take out peas. Peel wash and Chop onion, ginger, and garlic. Wash tomatoes and make a puree by the grating.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put bay leaves. Now add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili and saute till the onion gets golden brown. Now add the pureed tomato and saute it till oil leaves the sides of the cooker. Now add Kasuri methi and all the dry masale ingredients except garam masala and mix well.

Add peas and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

Now add water and mix. Place the lid and cook till 4-6 whistles and switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically.

Open the lid and mix garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice, paratha, or puri.
