Take a pressure cooker add water and milk, then add soaked rice, moong dal mix it and cook for 5-6 whistles, turn off the flame.

Remove the lid and add ghee and pinch of salt, mix it properly well.

Now add jaggery powder and mix it well, then add cardamom powder and pinch of camphor, stir and mix till everything properly mixed and jaggery is melted well.

Now heat ghee in a small tadka pan add cashew nuts and fry on low flame then add raising and fry. Pour the fried cashew nuts and raisins top of the rice mixture and mix it well.

Sweet Pongal is ready.
