Place a pan on medium heat, add khoya and milkmaid, mix properly and continuously stir the mixture, then add cardamom powder and mix, the mixture must have little moisture, turn off the heat, add chopped cashews and raisins and mix, filling is ready

In a mixing bowl take flour, semolina, salt, milkmaid, nolen gur and mix. Add milk and mix and form a lump free batter (neither too thick not too thin)

Rest the batter for 10- 15 minutes.

In a non-stick pan add oil, pour the batter over it, spread it thinly, let it get cook from all sides, place the filling in the centre and fold it.
