Til ladoos are traditional recipe from western India..it's must during festival of Sankrant..makar sankranti is the harvest festival celebrated during the month of january in western India,pongal in south India,Lohri in north,& Bihu in East India...
I have given twist to these ladoos by adding semolina and dryfruits.which enhanced the taste....
with all the health benefits Til ladoos are must in the winter months when our body craves for that extra energy....do try these delicious ladoos...

Firstly dry roast til,& desiccated coconut..keep aside.add ghee in pan,saute chopped dry fruits and take out (almonds,cashew nuts,raisins & pistachios)

Now to same pan add suji and roast it until you get nice aroma.add this to coconut and til mixture mix well...

Add jaggery in a pan add 1/4 cup water.let it melt.after jaggery gets melt boil for 2-3 more minutes,strain it to avoid any impurities in jaggery....let the syrup to cool down a bit...

Further add jaggery syrup to the til,suji mixture..add in tampered dry fruits and cardamom powder,give it a good mix and let it rest for 15 minutes so that suji absorbs syrup...

Now take small portions and make ladoos..roll them in slightly roasted til/sesame seeds.and you are done with delectable, healthy ladoos.Enjoy....😋
