Egg Biryani

For Rice:
Boil water in a pan.
Add bay leaves, black peppercorns, cloves, green and black cardamom, shahi jeera, cinnamon sticks, lemon juice and salt.
Bring it to boil.Add soaked rice in boiling water.
Boil until rice gets cooked for about 70-80% Add ghee.
Cook rice on high heat for about 7-8 minutes. - 2
For layering Biryani.
boil the eggs and remove its shell. - 3
Heat oil in a large pot and add the whole spices.

After a few seconds add chopped onion, tomato and green chillies along with the ginger garlic paste. Fry till they turn light brown in colour.

Add Salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala and curd.Mix well.

Add water if required.and make a thick curry.

Now put the boiled eggs into it.
Now make a layer of cooked rice over thick curry. - 8
Add ghee and coriander leaves. Sprinkle some biryani masala over rice.

Cover with lid. (If you want you can seat the lid with dough.)
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. - 10
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with your choice of raita.
