Pour hot water on the jelly and dissolve crystals let cool to room temp but not to leave it too long you don't need set jelly that will make your mousse lumpy.

In separate bowl Mix cream till it starts to thicken a little

Pour your cooled jelly in and mix well till blends and thickens a bit. Pour into you dessert bowls or glasses and add fruit if you like or eat plain

Put into the fridge to set for about an hour and a half. Enjoy
