Vermicelli Chinese style

I have not used tomato ketchup. Fresh tomato are used.that's why 2 tbsp sugar is add.

Firstly we will boil two large glass of water.

Put vermicelli and cook three - fourth part.

Strain the Strainer and run for few seconds. In the water.

This will make vermicelli feeding, not sticking.

Boiled in vermicelli, put 1 1/2 tbsp oil mix it well.

Put 2 tbsp of oil in the khadhai and heat it put the slissed onion and let it soak for 1 minutes.put the garlic in it and let the light turn pink.

Put pea and carrot and let them soak for 1 minute.

Adding tomato sauce sugar soya chilli sauce cover and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Put vermicelli on cooked subji and mix it well. And put it all in a plate.
