Make these tasty atta coconut biscuits if you want to give a break to store bought maida biscuits. You can make more and keep in airtight containers, goes on for months.

Mix all the ingredients and make a tight dough with as little water as possible.

Make small balls of of the dough and flatten those, you can decorate those by pressing a fork.

Heat oil for frying. Once it’s hot, lower the flame, fry the biscuits in a low flame, with repeatedly flipping, so that those will be crispy.
