Today I have made tasty spicy dry chutney. It's very easy to make. It best goes to idli Dosa.

Today I have made tasty spicy dry chutney. It's very easy to make. It best goes to idli Dosa.
Steps

Heat little oil in a kadai add whole red chillies and fry on low flame till the crisp then curry leaves fry till the crisp then take out in a plate keep aside for cool down.

Now same kadai add remaining oil and roast chana dal, urad dal and peanuts till golden brown then add Desiccated coconutand saute few seconds then take out in a plate keep aside for cool down.

Take a grinder jar add all dal mixture and grind it into a fine powder then add roasted curry leaves, roasted chillies, hing, salt, sugar, mango powder, turmeric powder and grind again slowly and make a fine powder.

Curry leaves dry chutney is ready.
