Steps

Heat water in a pan, add salt and oil to it and mix, when the water starts boiling add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Strain the noodles and cool with water, drain the water.

Mix schezwan sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.

Heat oil, first add onion and green chili and fry it, after 1 minute add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower and mix, cook for 2 minutes.

After this add mother-in-law mixture to it, mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Take out the hot schezwan noodles in a serving dish and serve.
