Aloo Fulgovi Matar Dry (Potato, cauliflower, Peas)

Heat oil, add hing, cumin, chilli, onion, ginger. Sauté well till onion ginger gets fried, add govi and Matar. Fry for 2 minutes and add salt and turmeric and mix well. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, till govi becomes soft.

Add chopped tomatoes and potatoes, coriander powder and kasoori methi and mix, cook for another 10 minutes, or till it’s cooked. If required add very little water.

Switch off and add garam masala and chopped coriander, give a light mix.
