Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. 3/4 cupGhee
  3. 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. As RequiredDry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Heat ghee in pan. Add wheat flour to it and mix well.

    Break all the lumps of flour.Keep roasting on low flame.
    Gradually add ghee if needed.

    Roast flour until it becomes golden in colour. Keep aside this mixture and let it cool down.

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder, dry fruits and powder sugar to it. Combine well and make ladoos of it. You can store it for 15 days.

    You can store it for 15 days in airtight container.
