Boil milk and let it cool. Break eggs one by one in milk and mix well.

Whisk it with a wired whisker to form a frothy batter.

Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan, add malai, milk and egg batter in it and cook on medium heat.

Stir continuously to avoid burnt.

When it starts thicken add sugar and cashews, cook till it becomes dry and ghee starts separate.

Pour the cooked mixture into a greased square pan, flatten with spoon and cut in square shape. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron.
