Take warm water, warm milk, sugar and instant yeast in a deep bowl and whisk. Wait 8 minutes.

Then add sunflower oil, mahaleb, egg whites, mineral water, salt and whisk again.

Sieve all the flour and gradually add it to the liquid mixture and knead. Get a soft dough that does not stick to the hand and leave it for 1.5-2 hours by closing the lid.

For the caramelized onions, cut the onions into rings and cook them in a heated pan with olive oil. Add the other ingredients and cook, stirring constantly.

Cut the hamburger bread in half. Spread the sauce on it. Put lettuce, tomato and cheese if you want. Put a hamburger patty on it. And put the caramelized onions on top of it and close the hamburger.
