For Aam Rass
Take the Mangoes peel off the skin and chopped them into small cubes, take the dip vessel add all the mango cubes - 2
Add water and sugar now blend it into fine texture add dry ginger powder and over the Rass small chopped mango cubes and nuts as per your choice.

Methi Masala Puri
Take the mixing bowl add all the flour, Kasuri methi, salt and spices and bind semi soft dough by adding very less quantity of water, rest well for 10-15 mins - 4
Now take the small portion of dough and start rolling in the round shape

Next dip fry them till they are golden colour and crisp by flipping both the sides.
