Healthy delicious jowar Khichadi is filled with nutrition,jowar is preferred in summer.
Steps

Wash and soak broken jowar and moong dal for 20 min.

Boil 2 cups of water add salt,add jowar moongdal and cook till soft,add water is needed,stir in between to avoide burning.

Heat ghee/oil in a pan add mustard seeds,jeera curry leaves,chillies saute for a while, add mix veges mix it add coriander powder,jeera powder, amchoor and salt mix it well.

Add the vege mix to cooked jowar moongdal mixture and combine well together add coriander leaves.

Jowar moongdal khichdi is ready serve hot with pickle and papad.
Note:Broken jowar can be prepared at home using mixi.
