This simple, easy and delicious paneer masala recipe is prepared with veggies, basil leaves and some simple masala easily available at home. Try this recipe and it suits poori, paratha and rice.

Arrange and assemble the ingredients. Fry the paneer cuubes. Heat rest leftover oil and ghee in the same pan. Add cumin seeds and allow to crackle.

Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Then mix chopped ginger, chopped carrot into the pan.

Mix well and and add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder. Next add coriander powder, garlic granules and garam masala powder. Mix well and pour chopped green capsicum.

Now mix fried paneer cubes and basil leaves. Cook covered for a minute. The delicious and protein rich paneer masala is ready to serve.
