Ingredients

1 hour
12 servings
  1. 10potatoes, quartered and boiled, then cooled enough to cut into cubes
  2. 12eggs, boiled and cubed
  3. 6celery sticks cut in 1/4 sections
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 12home made dills pickles, cubed
  6. 3/4 cupfennel dill weed or regular dill weed, chopped
  7. Dressing
  8. 2 cupsmayonnaise
  9. 1/8 cupdill pickle juice
  10. 2 tablespoonsprepared mustard
  11. 1/2 cupgreen tomato chow chow (mine is homemade)
  12. 1/8 teaspoonground red Chile powder (bought at Asian food store) add according to your taste preference
  13. 1/2 teaspoonsalt(or your taste preference)
  14. 1/2 teaspoonpepper or to your taste preference

    Prepare all cut ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

  3. 3

    Combine dressing and prepared cut ingredients. Chill for about 4 hours before serving. Enjoy.
