Ingredients

  1. 1 cupkodo
  2. Water as per requireme
  3. 3 tbspoon ghee
  4. 1 tbspoon chopped capsicum
  5. 1 TBspoon chopped onion
  6. 1 tbspoon chopped carrot
  7. 1 tbspoon chopped potato
  8. 1 tbspoon chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tbspoon peas
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  12. 1 tbspoon chopedcabbage
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 1cinnamon stick
  15. 1 spoonbutter
  16. Coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    Soak kodo for 10 mintute. Then put ghee in cooker the add cinnamon stick jeera bayleaf.

    Then add all vegetables.

    One by one

    Then add salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Then add water and butter

  6. 6

    Then add kodo and cook and and cooker with 1 whistle. Serve hot with coriander garnish in plate
