Steps

Cut carrot, garlic, ginger & onions. Peel green peas. Soak little millet in water for 2 hours. Wash whole moong sprouts & keep aside.

Tempering : Take a pan take ghee saute cumin seeds.When they splutter, saute onions, garlic & ginger.

Add vegetables & saute for 2 minutes. Than add soaked little millets (without the soaked water) & whole moong sprouts. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water.

Add red chilli powder & turmeric powder.Mix Add salt & sambhar masala. Now add 1/2 cup more water & mix.Close the pressure cooker & cook upto 4 whistles.

When pressure is released from the cooker, open the pressure cooker. Gently mix everything. Serve hot little millet, vegetables & whole moong sprouts khichadi with fresh curds & fried green chillies.
