Ingredients

  1. 1 cupjau aata
  2. 2 tbspbesan
  3. 2-1/2 tbspghee { lukewarm }
  4. 2 tbspfresh chopped methi
  5. 1 tbspfresh chopped coriander
  6. 2 tbspfresh green garlic / 5 to 7 fresh garlic
  7. 1 tspchopped ginger
  8. 1green chili chopped
  9. 1/2 tspsesame seed
  10. 1/2 tspajwain
  11. 1/2 tspeach crushed coriander seeds & fennel seeds
  12. 1/2 tspSalt to taste
  13. 1/2 tspcrushed raw jeera
  14. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  15. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  16. As required Warm water to knead
  17. As required Ghee for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take jau flour besan all chopped things & spices mix it well
    Put ghee & mix it & rub with your finger tips so it mix nicely

    Knead the flour with lukewarm water cover & keep aside for 5 min
    Knead it again & make small balls like poori roll it little thick & keep aside in a plate

    Heat tawa on gas put 4-5 at a time & roast on low flame both sides till golden brown remove from tawa & keep on plate make all & keep aside

    Now put again on tawa & apply ghee both side & roast by pressing with wooden spatula till it crispy ; remove it cool it ; roast all with same method
    After cooling store in airtight container & enjoy with masala tea, coffee & masala Milk
