Soak Sabudana pearls for 5-6 hours and drain excess water.

Boil milk, add cardamom and simmer for 5-6 minutes by continuously stirring, then add Sabudana pearls and cook by stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes till sago pearls turns shiny.

Keep stirring occasionally and Sabudana pearls will plump and milk will thicken gradually. Add dry fruits + sugar also.

Simmer for few more minutes, let sugar melt completely and switch off flame, after cooling it will thicken more. Allow to cool down completely.
Add mango pulp and give a good mix. - 5
Mango Sabudana Kheer is done.

Refrigerate for few and Serve chilled for a very good taste.
