Fried Potato Meatballs Fried Potato Meatballs
You can eat this whatever sauce combination you prefer. I thought of this recipe that my family and friends could enjoy while leisurely talking. The meatballs are soft before deep-frying, so once you drop them into the oil at step 5, gently roll them over once they color. This recipe makes about 20-24 meatballs. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

Potato Parmesan Balls Potato Parmesan Balls
I thought up a recipe using potatoes which would go very well with Parmesan cheese and that children would love. The potatoes are already well seasoned by the cheese and salted butter, so you don't need to add much seasoning. For 6 balls. Recipe by chokomi513 cookpad.japan -
Deep Fried Potato Dumplings! Deep Fried Potato Dumplings!
The other day I visited the Abashiri Prison Museum and had imo-dango (potato dumplings) for the first time! They were so delicious! So I tried making my own! But, they weren't as dense and sticky as I liked! So I changed the formula and tried again! This time they were a big success!I tried making this before and it didn't go well, but then I heard that you should add 1/3 of the total amount of the potatoes in katakuriko potato starch flour, so I tried again! The key is to add the katakuriko potato starch flour when the potatoes are cool! And to knead the dough well! And don't let it burn either! You can add a little sugar and salt to pre-flavor the dough before deep frying the dumplings! It's up to you! Recipe by Memei cookpad.japan -
