Potato casserole with pork
This recipe came up with my hungry husband, as they say, on the go. 😃 He called it "Meat Pie", and reproduced it himself. It turned out to be an excellent, very tasty dinner for a male company and not only. ☺️

Line a baking dish with bacon, allowing the edges to hang over.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and lay them out as the first layer. Season with salt and paprika.

Beat the pork well, season with meat spices and place on top of the potatoes.

Repeat layers. I got three layers of potatoes and two layers of meat. Cover the top layer of potatoes with the hanging ends of the bacon.

Cover the form with foil. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 1 hour 20 minutes. Until the meat is fully cooked.
