Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 350

In small bowl, mix sugar and spice for coating and set aside

In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, vanilla
- 4
Add apple butter, lemon, spices. Mix
- 5
Add eggs and mix
- 6
Add flour and powder, mix thoroughly
- 7
Scoop cookies and drop one by one into coating
- 8
Coat each cookie dough ball with the sugar and spice mix
- 9
Place each cookie onto parchment lined baking sheet
- 10
Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden

Cool on wire rack
