Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 mlCake flour
  2. 130 mlWater
  3. 1/3 tbspDashi stock granules
  4. 1/4 headCabbage
  5. 1enough to make okonomiyaki Pork meat, eggs (use whatever you like)
  6. 1enough to make okonomiyaki Bonito flakes, aonori
  7. 1enough to make okonomiyaki Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk the cake flour in water. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and add in about 1 ladle worth of the batter.

    Add cabbage, pork, etc. on top of the batter. This time I used pork, shrimp, and an egg.

    Cover it with aluminum foil for 3-4 minutes, to steam-cook. Flip it over once the meat and eggs have warmed up. Cook for about 1 more minute, and it's done!

    Top with bonito flakes and aonori dried seaweed, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, to taste and enjoy.
