Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (about 270 grams)
  2. 7 tablespoonsbutter (about 100 grams)
  3. 1/3 cuppeanut butter (about 80 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar (about 100 grams)
  5. 1/3 cuphoney (about 100 grams)
  6. 1medium egg
  7. 1/2 cupchocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate (about 100 grams)
  8. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  9. 1 teaspoonbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and honey with a hand mixer on medium to high speed until well combined and fluffy.
