Methi matar malai
Steps

In pan add butter then add methi and saute it for minute.

In jar add onion, garlic, ginger, soaked cashew and almond and water, make fine paste

In another pan add oil, then add jeera, wait for its crackling, then add prepared paste, cook it until all the water absorbed

Then add boiled matar, methi, salt and sugar, garam masalo, lastly add malai mix it well
- 5
On top garnish it with malai, serve it hot with paratha.
