Heat up the olive oil in a small pot and sauté the garlic, onions until beginning to brown.

Add and sweat celery and red pepper together.
Mix in turmeric and cook for a few seconds. - 3
Add water, salt, capers, olives and bring it to a boil.

Add quinoa and let it simmer until absorbs the liquid.
Mix in cilantro and serve. - 5
Note: Be careful when adding salt, remember that capers and olives are salty. Maybe you should omit adding salt to it.
