Ingredients

2 serve
  1. 1/2 cupquinoa Flour
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. Clarified butter as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    I have whole quinoa at home
    So I roasted it, then grind it to make fine powder.

    When the fine powder Flour is ready,I boil 1/2 cup of water then add salt and oil and knead the medium soft dough and give rest for 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    After the rest,I made 5-6 equal balls and started rolling the Roti/Chapati.
    Roasted on a nonstick pan,then applied clerified butter..
    My quinoa Flour roti is ready.
    Had it with Potato subji.
    I enjoyed it..👌😋
