I have whole quinoa at home
So I roasted it, then grind it to make fine powder. - 2
When the fine powder Flour is ready,I boil 1/2 cup of water then add salt and oil and knead the medium soft dough and give rest for 5-7 minutes.

After the rest,I made 5-6 equal balls and started rolling the Roti/Chapati.
Roasted on a nonstick pan,then applied clerified butter..
My quinoa Flour roti is ready.
Had it with Potato subji.
I enjoyed it..👌😋
