Lasagna for Christmas Dinner

I wanted to eat this lasagna at home so I've made this many times.

-If clumps form in the white sauce, use a sieve to strain and cover.
-In Step 4, make sure to completely heat the flour.
-In Step 8, don't forget to add olive oil so that the noodles don't stick. For 4 servings (18 cm [7.1 in] x 18 cm x 5 cm heat resistant dish). Recipe by mi0921

Steps

  1. 1

(Meat Sauce) Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes.

  2. 2

Remove the meat from the pan. Add minced onion and salt to the pan from Step 1 and saute until tender.

  3. 3

Return the meat to the pan in Step 2 and sauté the onion. When cooked through, add the ingredients marked with ★ and simmer for 15 minutes on medium low heat. Lastly, mix in grated cheese.

  4. 4

(White Sauce) Melt the butter over low heat. Add sifted flour and use a wooden spatula to mix while sautéing.

  5. 5

Heat milk in the microwave (600 W) for 1.5 minutes. It should be slightly warmer than room temperature.

  6. 6

When Step 4 has cooked through, add the milk in three batches, keeping the heat on low. Mix well with a whisk. Once it begins to steam, temporarily raise the heat to medium high.

  7. 7

Return the heat to medium low and, preventing clumps, mix with a wooden spatula and bring to a slight boil (about 15 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste.

  8. 8

(Lasagna) Add salt and olive oil to a pot filled with water. As the lasagna boils, stir. (Boil the lasagna for the amount of time indicated on the package)

  9. 9

When the lasagna has cooked completely, cool in ice water. Pat dry with a paper towel. (Be careful not to get the paper towel stuck.)

  10. 10

(Finishing the Lasagna) In a heat resistant dish, coat with butter (not listed) and lay out 2 sheets of lasagna. If you overlay the middle edges of the 2 sheets, it will look nice.

  11. 11

*If you want to move the lasagna from Step 10 to a plate before eating, I recommend cutting out a sheet of parchment paper into the shape of the pan for easy removal.

  12. 12

On top of the lasagna from Step 10, add 1/4 of the meat sauce⇒ 1/3 white sauce⇒ in that order.

  13. 13

Using this procedure, make 3 layers, finishing with 2 sheets of lasagna; spread on meat sauce (It will make 4 layers of meat sauce and lasagna).

  14. 14

On the very top, add melting cheese and bake in a preheated 200℃ oven for 20-25 minutes until browned.

  15. 15

I tried this with a lot of different types of lasagna but "De Cecco No. 1 Lasagna" was the least sticky and most manageable.
