Chopped 1 onion, grated 1 carrot. chopped green chillies and chopped tomato. Once it is done then keep aside. Heat butter in a kadai. Add all the vegetables and saute it for few minutes. Then add allthe dry masala and salt. Mix it well.

Add paneer fry for a few minutes. Till the paneer scrumbled. Once it is done then switch off the flame. Once it is done then keep aside. Cool it.In a plate take 2 bread slices.Apply melted butter in one bread slices. In anothe bread slices put the stuffing.

Join the bread slices. Heat iron griddle. Apply butter on griddle and fry the bread till it is light brown in colour both the sides.

Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy.in breakfast with..hot.tea
