Wash and fine chop the methi leaves. In a mixing bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, chopped methi and coriander leaves, oil and other masala, mix them.

With the help of curd make a smooth dough and cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After resting, knead again and make medium size balls and roll the thepla with the help of dry flour.

Heat the tawa and roast it with required oil till brown marks appear on thepla. Make all the theplas and enjoy with tea, coriander chutney or dahi.
