Spicy Khichdo of seven grains

Wash and soak cracked jowar, cracked wheat and cracked pearl millet separately for 8-9 hours.

Wash chickpea, mung, matha, red choli, tuver dal, gram dal and mung dal soak for 4-5 hours.

Now put 4 bowls of water in jowar, wheat and pearl millet and add pinch of turmeric salt to taste, blow 3 whistles and switch off the gas.Now add mung, math, red choli, chickpeas, all pulses to it, add 2 bowls of water and cook for 3 whistles of the cooker.

Now add salt and turmeric to the boil green pigeon peas, flat beans,hara choliya, green peas also for 1 whistle.

Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seed and cumin seed. When it crackles, add cloves,black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, whole red chillies, green garlic, ginger-chili garlic paste and saute for half a minute. Add 2 bowls of water and add boiled grains and green beans. Now add chopped coriander leaves.

Shake well it. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot.
