Peel skin off of Green Plantains and boil in water. (Save water when done boiling)

Remove plantain from water. Add into hot pan and add butter

Mash Plantain to desired texture and slowly add boiled water as you mix

Add Garlic to taste

Add tablespoon of SaborcitoPanameño El Blend and add salt to taste

Remove wrapping from salami and slice to desired size then pan fry

Fry over-medium eggs

Slice and fry the frying cheese

Add Pickled Onions along with Teaspoon of SaborcitoPanameño El Blend and Add Si Pica to taste
